    Don’t bother- get the real kava instead, Dec 16 2013

    Honestly this stuff isn’t that potent. If you want to take the edge off, or get to sleep etc try a cup of real Kava instead. Do your research, there are a lot of kava suppliers out there. For the amount of kava you get in these pills, and the price, you could be buying a lot more real and more potent kava. Read kavassuer blog it helped me
