Shipping costs are included in all prices.
All orders ship from Hawaii. Please allow from 9 to 16 days for your order if shipped to Canada, 5 to 9 days if shipped to the USA, 5 to 16 days if your order is shipped to Europe or anywhere else.
We do not ship Kava to Australia or Finland.
Orders to Canada and the USA ship first class mail unless the EMS (Express Mail International) is requested and the additional shipping fee is paid. EMS shipping provides a tracking number and shipping times with EMS to Canada are from 4 to 9 days and 2 to 5 days to the USA.
Some International orders of certain kava products ship Express Mail International (EMS) which is a trackeable shipping method and very prompt.
Orders are usually shipped Tuesday and Friday. There may be delays due to product availability, the weather, or from the sudden arrival of the Aloha spirit that turns time on it's head in Hawaii and causes a slight delay. Regular orders are not trackeable. If you want speedy delivery please choose the Express Mail International (EMS) service if it is available (some products ship from Hawaiian suppliers who don't use EMS).
Canadians can import kava for their own personal use and consumption. Canadians should not order more than 5 pounds of kava products at a time.
