Information and statements about the products on this site have not been evaluated by any agency, group or organization including Health Canada or the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Kava should be used with respect and responsibility. Moderation and balance with all things in life is recommended.
Shipping
Shipping costs are included in all prices. There are no additional fees or taxes on your order. Additional express shipping charges are an option on all products. There are no border fees or import duties on any kava that comes to you from the USA.
Most orders ship from the kava farm in Hawaii. Some products, but not all, can ship from Canada now that the rules on Kava in Canada have changed. Products that ship from Canada will be clearly indicated that they ship from Canada, all other products ship from the farm in Hawaii.
From Hawaii, please allow from 9 to 18 business days for your order to be delivered if you are in Canada, 5 to 9 business days if shipped to the USA and between 12 to 30 days if your order is shipped to Europe or anywhere else in the world.
We do not ship Kava products to Australia or Finland.
Express delivery options are available for some products. Priority Mail International is $24 will take between 6 and 10 days. Express Mail International is $35 and will take between 3 and 5 days.
Please note that orders from Hawaii will ship on Tuesday and Friday so take this into account when placing your order or when ordering Express Delivery services. Some, but not all, International orders of certain kava products ship Express Mail International (EMS) which is a trackeable shipping method and very prompt.
Products that ship from Canada like the Kava Kava Capsules and the Tranquilty Extract will take much less time to be delivered. Regular orders of Kava Capsules or Tranquilty Extract usually are delivered within 4 to 7 days of order. Express delivery for the capsules and extract is available and this guarantees a maximum 3 business day delivery.
After years of importing kava to Canada we have found that the tracking numbers for shipments coming from Hawaii are not a reliable way to trace a packages so we do not provide tracking numbers on orders unless they are shipped from our Canadian located (kava Capsules and Tranquility Extracts only). If your order from Hawaii does not arrive within 30 days please contact us. We have seen extremely rare cases of delivery delays occuring due to postal service. Orders shipped within Canada have tracking numbers available.
